Siemens Healthineers officially introduced the MAGNETOM Free.Star system, the latest generation of High-V magnetic resonance products in Vietnam market. “With the ability to analyze soft tissue in many parts of the body accurately, magnetic resonance has become a useful diagnostic tool in medicine. However, access to this technology is limited by high installation and operating costs as well as a lack of qualified human resources. This greatly affects the assessment and treatment of the disease. With MAGNETOM Free.Star, we aim for a line of magnetic resonance products that help optimize costs and are easy to operate so that even inexperienced personnel can use and unleash the full potential of the machine. This helps to increase access to magnetic resonance, especially for people in rural areas of Vietnam.” Mr. Kiran Easwaran, Head of Magnetic Resonance Devices Division, Siemens Healthineers, Southeast Asia, shared at the launch ceremony.
